Most residential building permits in Ontario must be prepared by a qualified BCIN designer. MS Permit Designs is an architectural BCIN designer (BCIN #511123 — Residential, Small Buildings, HVAC-House), so your drawings meet the requirement.

Yes. We're BCIN HVAC-House qualified and provide HVAC design for building permits in Ontario — heat-loss / heat-gain calculations and duct design, coordinated with your permit set.
